The Hotel Solvasa Barcelona has over 500 square meters specially prepared for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE). This area is divided into five rooms that can accommodate the needs of each client.

The Solvasa Barcelona Hotel team will advise you on how to organize your actions in our facilities from conferences, conventions and business meetings, banquets or private parties as well as family business. For all that, we have the help of our own catering team who will always offer you the menu, buffet or coffee that best suits your needs. All our rooms are partitioned, so that they can be booked independently or together, depending on the needs of the event. Gaudí Cervantes Dalí Pau Casals Ramón y Cajal Colón

GAUDÍ HALL

The Salon Gaudi, with a capacity for 150 people, is our largest room; its 180.30 m2 makes it our Star Hall for meetings for more than 70 people, given its size, every setting is possible.

This room is ideal as a dance floor for banquets; combined with the other halls it can accommodate meals for up to 280 people.

CERVANTES HALL

The Cervantes Hall is the room next to the Gaudi hall; it has a surface of 80,30 m2, and is perfect for any type of meeting.

DALÍ HALL

The Dali Hall is our most flexible room, with the possibility of being used as a meeting room, and as a private dining room combined with the Pau Casals hall. It has 84,30 m2 with the capacity to accommodate up to 60 guests in a banquet. It communicates with the Pau Casals hall creating a single hall.

PAU CASALS HALL

The Pau Casals Hall combined with the Dali hall, is perfect as a private dining room. Its dimensions of 84,30 m2 allow the offer of a cold and hot buffet service, perfect for company meeting meals on days with morning and afternoon sessions. It communicates with the Dalí hall creating a single hall.

RAMON Y CAJAL HALL

The Ramón y Cajal Hall with 82,80 m2, is highly suitable for small company meetings.

Juan Ramón Jiménez Boardroom Miró Office

JUAN RAMON JIMENEZ BOARDROOM

The Juan Ramon Jimenez boardroom brings together up to 18 people with a boardroom table and 12 people in attendance; with natural light, screen and ability to offer a service of coffee break in the same room.

MIRÓ OFFICE

The Miró office is perfect for small company meetings for 6 people.
